My baby just cares for me - Nina Simone

Nina Simone, no podría olvidarme de ella. Este vídeo es quizás el más conocido de su música. En ella aparecen unos gatos de plastilina muy bien logrados, una historia de amor irracional :_) y un piano,mi instrumento favorito.

My babe just cares for me - Nina Simone

My baby dont care for shows (A "mi niño" no le importan los shows)
My baby dont care for clothes (A mi niño no le importa la ropa)
My baby just cares for me (Mi niño solo se preocupa por mí)
My baby dont care for cars and races (A mi niño no le importan los coches y las carreras)
My baby dont care for high-tone places (A mi niño no le importan los lugares de tono elevado (¿Pijos? xD)

Liz taylor is not his style )Liz Tylor no es su estilo)
And even lana Turner's smile (y ni siquiera la sonrisa de Lana Turner)
Is somethin he cant see ( es algo que no puede ver)
My baby dont care who knows (A mi niño no le importa a quien conoce)
My baby just cares for me (Mi niño solo se preocupa por mí)

Baby, my baby dont care for shows
And he dont even care for clothes
He cares for me
My baby dont care
For cars and races
My baby dont care for
He dont care for high-tone places

Liz taylor is not his style
And even liberaces smile
Is something he cant see
Is something he cant see
I wonder whats wrong with baby
My baby just cares for
My baby just cares for
My baby just cares for me

Original lyrics

My baby dont care for shows
My baby dont care for clothes
My baby just cares for me
My baby dont care for cars and races
My baby dont care for high-tone places

Liz taylor is not his style
And even lana turners smile
Is somethin he cant see

My baby dont care who knows it
My baby just cares for me

My baby dont care for shows
And he dont even care for clothes
My baby just cares for me

My baby dont care for cars and races
My baby dont care for
He dont care for high-tone places

I wonder whats wrong with baby
My baby just cares for
Just says his prayers for
My baby just cares for me

Nina Simone!

Con su Sinnerman (la mejor canción, a mi juicio, de la historia; aunque suene grandilocuente...) inauguré mi radio. :)
